Meet Kieran Conaty – Boating Enthusiast, Family Man, and Financing Pro!

Kieran Conaty joined the Sterling team in the Annapolis, MD office as a sales associate in June of this year.

Kieran brings a wealth of experience in the boating industry through his work with PassageMaker Magazine and then BoatTest selling video content programs to boat builders and product manufacturers

“Over the years, I was able to build a good relationship with the Sterling team and decided it would be a good time to switch gears in my career and join them!” Kieran said.

“Learning a different side of the marine industry has given me a new level of excitement for the business. It feels good to help customers find the best financing deal for the boat they want. When the deal is done and you see your customer’s excitement level, well, it is quite fulfilling.”

In his personal time, Kieran owns a kayak and loves paddling along the bays and inlets of Chesapeake Bay with his 16-year-old daughter. He also enjoys downhill long boarding, writing bios in the third person and playing competitive ping-pong once a week.
