Meet Kathryn Bakinowski: A Passionate Boating Enthusiast, Angler and New Sales Associate at Sterling Associates!

Kathryn Bakinowski joined our Ft. Lauderdale office as a sales associate in August. She graduated from the University of Florida in Gainesville with a degree in Business and a specialization in Professional Selling. She worked her way through UF in just three years, one and a half of which she also spent as a Teaching Assistant for the Entrepreneurship class in the Warrington College of Business.

A native of Stuart, FL, Kathryn enjoys fishing, freediving and surfing. She doesn’t just fish to eat her catch–she likes to paint the fish she lands!  Her work in watercolor and ink, oils and acrylics is impressive.

Kathryn owns and fishes off a fifteen-foot Boston Whaler.

Prior to her graduation Kathryn spent a summer at our main office training and learning the business so she could hit the ground running immediately after graduation. At the end of her internship, she realized that the combination of her business degree and love of boating landed her in the perfect role!
