Thanks for reaching out and sending Clarke my way.  As a sales leader for over 25 years, I have come to appreciate feedback about my sales teams from customers.  

Clarke was a pleasure to work with.  You always look for a salesperson to listen to the customer first before pitching, and Clarke did exactly that he made the whole process extremely easy.  He was fast did exactly what he said he was going to do and just a pleasant person to deal with on this loan.  I know it’s a small one and honestly if it was a pain I was just going to use an equity line, but he got me a great rate and made it so easy to execute made it easy for me to decide to use you. 

I know most of the time we get the complaint email, but this is the opposite great experience overall.
